In the summer of 2023, Long Island Musical Theatre Festival presented RENT for our mainstage production and offered a masterclass with Award Winning Actor, Adam Kantor, who has previously starred in Broadway’s FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, NEXT TO NORMAL, and RENT (final cast, filmed live for Sony Pictures).
We spent our summer 2023 season honoring the writer of RENT, Jonathan Larson, at his own alma mater, Adelphi University. Previously, Adam Kantor played the role of Mark Cohen in the final Broadway cast of RENT, and we were so privileged to have him as our 2023 masterclass instructor.
