I had the great fortune of being a part of the first season of this amazing program. It not only transformed me as a performer, but as a person. Every person involved gave of their time, heart, and souls to bring this show to life.
— Joseph Anthony, Archibald in LIMTF's 2013 production of The Secret Garden
To say we were pleased with our daughter’s experience with the Long Island Musical Theatre Festival is truly an understatement. Given it was the inaugural year, we had no idea what to expect. Our daughter experienced the most amazing intensive program culminating with an extraordinary performance of The Secret Garden. Not only were the staff and instructors true mentors for these talented theatre students, but the bonding experience between them has travelled well beyond those 2 weeks of training and rehearsals. Bravo!!
— Joanne & James Lanzilotta, Northport Residents
The Long Island Musical Theater Festival invited me to meet with their students and their guest artist, Ms. Susan H. Schulman. These young adults, representing Nassau and Suffolk Counties, were all incredibly talented and had their talent nurtured by this wonderful program. I had the pleasure of attending their performance of The Secret Garden where I witnessed this talent first hand. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for the Long Island Musical Theater Festival.
