All rehearsals and performances will take place at Adelphi University's Performing Arts Center, 1 South Avenue, Garden City, NY, 11530. Students will pack their lunch and snack.
Admission to the program is competitive and by audition only. For your video audition, record yourself performing two contrasting musical theatre songs of your choice. Each selection must be 32-bars in length with piano accompaniment. Submissions are due by Friday, March 27. Callbacks will be held sometime in May.
Callback auditions will be held in May at Adelphi University’s Performing Arts Center by appointment only. Please note that double casting in our main stage production is a possibility. Students accepted into the Long Island Musical Theatre Festival will be notified via email upon receipt of submission. Please allow a week for this. If you do not hear from us at that time, please contact us.
Registration (if accepted): $1,295. Fees include all class instruction in a state of the art facility, master class with Broadway guest artist, music revue with notable Broadway performer, mainstage musical with full professional orchestra, costumes, professional artistic and creative team, LIMTF T-shirt, and dinner on opening night of main stage performance.
If you receive a callback, a non-refundable deposit of $295 will be due prior to the scheduling of your call back audition. The balance of the registration fee is due by Monday, June 1. Registrations received after June 1 must be paid in full.
Cancellations after June 1 receive a refund (less deposit, above) only if another student can be placed from the waiting list. There will be NO refund for cancellations after July 1.
$100 Late Fee will be added to tuition for registrations received after July 1.
